OUR STORY

LBC Hospitality, Inc. -The Lunch Box Cafe(s) and LBC Events-  is owned by husband and wife team Ben and Allie Kestner. They are committed to growing a brand that focuses on fresh, delicious food, and unmatched hospitality. 

Allie and Ben met while studying at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After graduating from the CIA and working a number of jobs in the field, the duo moved to Allie's hometown of Buffalo, started a family, and ultimately began their dream of owning a food business. Together, they bring passion for good food, and their love of hospitality to The Lunch Box, while striving to build a company that gives back to the community and fosters employee growth. 

The newest adventure for Allie & Ben is a project they have envisioned together for years- a bakeshop, named for their daughter, that will provide the Buffalo community with unique treats inspired by the owners' childhood favorites, as well as their daughter Lola's favorite treats. The goal of Lola's Bakeshop is to offer a comfortable, welcoming space and to evoke in every customer the whimsical, fun memories of childhood through delicious baked goods. 

Allie & Ben live in WNY with their daughter Lola, and sons Jaimeson and Jordan. They love their family, owning a business together, and the city of Buffalo! Go Bills!
